Refunds Policy

I want you to feel confident and supported when purchasing artwork from my site. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements may apply. All purchases are protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Change of Mind

Because each artwork and print is created or produced with care, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose thoughtfully and feel free to contact me with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, I will make it right.

Please contact me as soon as possible with:

  • Your order details

  • Photos of the damage

  • The packaging it arrived in

Once I receive this information, I will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me. I will work with the courier to locate it and support you through the process. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, I will offer a replacement or refund

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please let me know. I will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct one is sent to you.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are one‑of‑a‑kind pieces. If an original is damaged in transit or lost, I will offer a full refund. Replacements are not possible for originals.

Prints

Prints can be replaced if damaged or lost in transit. If a print is out of stock or discontinued, I will offer a refund.

Workshops (Hiring Me)

Workshops are arranged through direct communication.
Refunds or cancellations are handled personally and depend on the agreement made at the time of hiring.

Timeframe for Contact

Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. After this period, I may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return (if required) is received and inspected.
