Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered. I take great care to ensure each artwork arrives safely and feels true to the spirit of the piece.

Processing Time

All prints are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Original artworks that are already completed usually ship within 2–4 business days.

If there are any delays, I will contact you directly.

Packaging

I package each piece with care to protect it during transit.

  • Prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size

  • Original artworks are wrapped securely with protective materials

  • All orders include sturdy, protective packaging to prevent bending or damage

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

If you are ordering multiple items, they may be packaged together when possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.

Approximate timeframes:

  • Within New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • International: 1–3 weeks after dispatch (varies by country and customs)

These timeframes are estimates and may change due to courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Some small items or international destinations may not support tracking — if so, I will let you know.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

I cannot predict or control these charges.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact me.
I will work with the courier to locate it and keep you updated.

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, I will offer a replacement or refund depending on the item.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with:

  • Your order details

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

I will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
